Anouar works actively within the corporate department on mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.
His skills and understanding of the issues involved enable him to support companies at each stage of their development with efficacy and competence, from creation and fundraising to M&A operations, at times drafting their commercial contracts.
He provides counsel on the structuring of transactions and assists in the preparation of key contractual documents.
His extensive training and instinctive curiosity permit his quick adaptation to complex projects and valuable contribution to the Cohen Amir-Aslani corporate team.
Anouar speaks French and English.
Anouar Derfoufi has notably worked on the following operations :
- The founders and the MAELIS Centres Laser Group, a leading player in the field of laser hair removal, hydrafacial and other beauty treatments, as part of the primary LMBO alongside Arkanum Partners - May 2025.
- SWEN CAPITAL PARTNERS, an asset management company specialising in responsible and sustainable investment with over EUR 8.2 billion in assets under management, in connection with the reorganisation of its capital (by way of sale and contribution) and the investment of new managers - July 2024.
- Lutecia Care in the legal structuring of a group specialising in nuclear medicine alongside its founders, in fundraising, as well as in various agreements with financial partners – May 2024.
